New USCIS Issues
-
The USCIS has begun enforcing laws and rules that were already on the books, but had not been strongly monitored before. Please be advised that until you become a United States citizen, you have a legal duty to inform the Immigration and Naturalization Service of any address change within 10 days of the change. Failure to do so is a crime, punishable by fine of up to $200, 30 days' incarceration, or both.
